Energy
I was just wondering how do you girls keep your energy up through the day? Especially those people w/kids? I work full time, try to workout (train and cardio 5x week)... trying to lose some fat that I am still holding on too... I wake up fine with lots of energy and then I just want to sleep all day long... I train usually in AM and cardio PM. I get about 7 hours of sleep per night. I do take Women's Multivitamin from the Vitamin World.... I drink about 2-3 med cups of coffe per day.... I drink a lot of water, eat about 1450-1500 cals per day... What else can I try?

That is at the low end for calories with all of that activity. How many carbs? And do you ever carb up?

As of a week now I have been trying to do 20%F/40%C/40P; So about 135-150 carbs. Before I tried to carb cycle and that didn't work out... It was too much trying to plan it... then I ended up binging... Sometimes I binge on weekends I know I know.... I am working on it...

I'm slowly leaning up at 1500 cals, lifting 4x a week, no cardio, thus the comment on cals. You're doing more and probably need more.
I don't carb cycle in the strict sense either. But 130-150 is moderate. I find I still need a day every 7-10 days or so where I need to push up to 200. Replenish my stores so to speak. Fatigue, hunger, or the urge to binge are clues. I'm on average at 130 a day.
I would take a harder look at overall cals. You can burn yourself out by pushing exercise at one end and cutting the cals too low at the other end. And as you get into better condition your BMR goes up. It's counterintuitive, but your body is trying to tell you something.

Thanks! Its weird... I feel like my body ok... but my eyes are just closing and I have hard time concentrating... like people are talking to me at work and I feel like I can't keep up with their thought process or I get too impatient and want them to stop talking.... I don't know its weird... But I am definetly trying to keep my carbs about 130-150... I don't feel like I am hungry... just low energy...

you just might need some more carbs in your diet...they are the fuel for your brain. try some fruit and see if it perks you up any.
