4 day split to new routine
currently on this
chest biceps
legs, abs,
rest
back triceps
shoulders forearms
will it be beneficial or will i be losing gains if i change to this.
full upper body workout monday, 1min rest, intense session
legs tuesday, (legs are lagging abit)
rest (rugby prac)
full upper body workout thursday.
upper body parts consisting of 4-5 sets each
thoughts?
id like to lose a lil bit more fat to
