    Behind the neck pull-ups

I've recently started doing behind the neck pull-ups, and I would be interested in what other guys might think about them.
What muscles they pin-point compared to standard pull-ups?
    Cheers.

I believe it's like doing wide grip pull-ups wherein they target the upper portion of your Lats. At the tie-in under the arm-pit. That's where I'll feel them tonight anyway.

This is a good example of someone taking a rather simple thing and overly complicating it. Hitting the back muscles isn't rocket science. Just do some type of vertical pulling exercise with a rowing exercise on a regular basis. Those two things alone can build an impressive wide back given time and progressive resistance. And throwing in some dead lifts will thicken the whole thing up. Good Grief!

Pullups in general are one of my favorite exercises.

Behind the neck pullups really focus on your inner biceps, and if you're not careful it's easy to strain your shoulders.
