The M-Stak is a great product from my experience. However, you are older than I and I think people would much rather recommend someone your age to take the Animal Stak.

I will add another question to this post, is PCT needed for M-stak? What about Stak?

i wouldn't recommend the stak... on it now and not much of a difference.
finished my m-stak cycle a while back and really enjoyed it! gained 8 solid pounds, my numbers went up on my lifts, felt different and, though i didn't really notice it, looked different.
my vote's for m-stak... if you decide that it works for you, then i'd suggest cycling the stak.
as for the pct, i've never read/heard anything that stated that one was needed.

should also add... if you're trying to lose fat, make smart food choices while on m-stak... there's a steady increase in appetite as your progress along the cycle.

Very true. I have used M-stak and gained 12 lean pounds off 2 cans.

Thanks for the advice, I actually went with the Stak Pak, and Friday I'll probably go ahead and order the M stak and then I'll have them both, and will be ready to go then....

At 31, you should opt for Stak. However, yes you can stack both M-Stak with Stak but don?t take them at the same time. Always take the Stak before you lift, and the M-Stak at a different time (3-4 hours apart) probably without stims for better sleep, depending of your training schedule.

thanks for the answers. I realize this sounds like a stupid question but I read a log somewhere that recommended to do a slight PCT for 2 weeks after like three cycles of M-stak. like m-stak 3 weeks 1 week off X 3 then 2 weeks of slight PCT. I think that they may have been thinking of a prohormone sup and being cautious
thanks again

I don't think its a stupid question...I'd rather you ask and want to be informed rather than just assume you know everything and waste money on PCT when it's not really needed.

x2...
those that advised a pct for m-stak might also be the same crackpots that recommend a pct for cycling off of celltech.
