- You're too skinny.
- It's just cake.
- It's just ONE SLICE. Which means you already have MODERATION down! Win!
- A normal person would eat a slice. Are you not normal? Are you insane?
- Your cheat is WEAK you pansy! You cheat like a GIRL (yes, hypocrite)
- Consider it a refeed, so your body doesn't adjust to your regular diet.
- Due to the above reasons, and the slight calorie surplus, your lifts will probably go up tomorrow.

its crazy how bodybuilding is having so many kids develop eating disorders...i cant blame bodybuilding, its the majority of people who are getting into bodybuilding that are ruining it. at 16 i was eating as healthy as i could, but still eating whatever there was for dinner, eating whatever was served for lunch at school, going out with friends to eat all the time...i was enjoying life. of course i was pounding heavy weights pretty much everyday and built myself a 200 lb frame just before turning 18. never cutted, never counted a calorie, gram of protein, carbs..nothing. just ate big and trained hard. thats all it takes...with the way many people talk on here youd think theyd be walking across the stage of mr. olympia tomorrow! lol just freakin' eat and train very hard..and as for that cake, send it my way so i can finish it for you!
There is ALWAYS room for improvement.

Okay, Im sure you already know this but.... Get back on track A.S.A.P. and put it down to a cheat day, move on, live your life and don't let these guy's put you down, regardless of whether or not your actions are Over The Top for a cheat day. It won't hurt you one bit to endulge in what you want once a week if your eating clean 90% of the time. Now pump that iron and grab some steak bro.

Holy **** dude, you ate a piece of cake? You might as well just quit this whole bodybuilding thing, because it's almost certain that your body will never recover from the trauma you put it through. I mean...a piece of cake? Damn dude, you really ****ed yourself over. Like I said, just throw in the towel.

Seriously 16 and can't enjoy one slice of cake! At your age you should be able to eat pretty much what you want...enjoy yourself, you'll regret it later if you go on like this.
Agreed you should have just eaten the whole thing - I probably would have!
Come on it's not like you eat junk food every day, sound like you're on the verge of developing an eating disorder when you could be out with your friends socialising. Life's too short!
