Folks ,
I have been trying to build muscle for last 4-5 years . Previously i was too skinny , so whenever i started doing workouts i felt feverish and i abandoned my workouts. Now i have gain weight and again started workouts 2 months ago. I started slowly like twice a week and low weight for month or so ..then i increased weights and reps a 15-20 days back and frequency for gym too. Again i started feeling feverish and i stopped going to gym. Please give me advise on this. I want to continue going gym and have nice muscle .
