    Question Shoulders & trapeziums exercises?

I'm wondering what dumbbell exercises are best to do for shoulders and trapeziums?
    Currently i'm doing:

Shoulders - Seated shoulder press, Rear deltoid raises and One arm side laterals.
Traps - Uptight Rows and Shrugs.

    Any improvements?

Those are the basics and they are good exercises. You will work your traps when you do deadlifts, they work very well to overall develop the traps. When you look around the gym and the huge guys have large traps and an upper back, deadlifts.
After doing rear delt flyes on the machine, I like to do a drop set with DB rear delt flyes and change up the hand position. When doing the standing rear delt flye, I like to only bend over 45 degrees because then I will hit the traps.
For the shoulders, you can mix in the Arnold press as well. This will hit your front delt.
Dont forget to change up the rep count to really exhaust the muscles. Good luck!
