Post Fat Burners Necessary

I have been competing in bodybuilding for 18 years. Every competition I have purchased some fat burner or another. I didn't care for how they made me feel. This is particular true when first starting the supplement and then the period after I quit taking them.

For this years prep, I decided to NOT use any "fat burner" supplements. I was going to just focus on diet and exercise.

My contest was yesterday and I earned 1st place. I was as lean as ever without any "fat burners". I attached a couple of photos comparisons from 105 days out to 1 day out from show.

One final note, I am not saying they do NOT work. I am just saying you can do it without them. And you may find you feel better because of it.

Regards.

You are right, they aren't needed for getting super lean but they can be helpful. Diet and training are most important IMO, fat burners are optional.
