is it really better than whey protein?
it has a good profile, but i would like to know some info before i give it a try

x2, u will get an advantage from consuming hemp in exchange for a protein shake, but completely switching to hemp would be stupid, its a good idea to get a variety of protein sources, and hemp is a good source of fiber and fatsOriginally Posted by baznguy
