Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds are the bomb
damn they taste bomb, slight chocolate taste and still has the same macros as normal roasted almonds.
definitely good for people on a cut like me who just want something slightly sweet. it has a dark chocolate flavor. no added sugar, it has less carbs and more protein per ounce the the regular roasted almonds from Emerald, they are good.
give it a try, they are good. be careful though, warning, you can easily eat 1000 calories of these in 3 minutes and not even know it.
couple onces a day and im set of this stuff

Yes!! I thought I was the only one that knew about these! All almonds are bomb, and these prove as a great snack. I've been meaning to try putting them in a bowl of low-carb soy milk and eating them like cereal, because they taste so much like cocoa puffs.
Talk about over-eating nuts...I get atleast 1000 cals a day from nuts (You'll see why below; I recently bought more peanuts and I'm a peanut/almond fiend)
I have 3 containers of these left (pictured below). Somewhat hard to find; only at 1 store around here...

wow your NUTS haha get it? lol
yea they are freaking bomb, i was just going through the grocery store and saw these, then i looked at the nutrional info and thought it would be gross because it has no added sugar, then tried it and it amazing. im trying to keep it to like 400 calories a day from almonds, but its tough with those almonds.

OH MY GOD. SO I JUST TRIED THE SOY MILK + COCOA ROAST ALMONDS.
Tastes JUST like cocoa puffs and if you use an ounce of almonds and a cup of soymilk, it's only 2-3g carbs, and it's like 5-6g fiber. I used SoySlender Vanilla Soymilk (Sweetened with Splenda, as are the almonds [if you read the nutrition facts], so they go together well).
Keto cereal is possible!! Healthy cocoa puffs for the win.

I can't eat almonds or nuts because they do not fill me up. Too calorie dense for my discipline.

That's a shame Almonds are possibly my favorite food-source. I need the caloric density! Haha!
The fat and fiber fills me up a little too much, but I always limit myself to an ounce. Or...I try to, then eat 4-5oz of it

Assuming you mean the almonds, the only place I know you can get them is online or from Safeway (or your equivalent of that store...). I got mine from Safeway, and that's THE only place I can find them. Hence why I stocked up on like 5 packages of them.
For the Cinnamon Almonds:
http://www.cdkitchen.com/recipes/rec...nds53856.shtml
Seems the most logical. You could probably replace cinnamon with cocoa powder to make chocolate ones!!

I would get excited, but I highly doubt they sell them here. I guess I'll look online, I already buy plenty of my stuff online as is.

Well I can easily find these online to buy, although highly likely they won't ship to me. Anyways any nutrition labels for these?
*edit* nevermind I found them.

Sam's Club sells the Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds in a 38oz tub for a little under $10...it's one helluva deal. These things are amazingly good and incredibly addictive! The Blue Diamond Cinnamon Brown Sugar ones are delicious too, if you don't mind a tiny bit of extra sugar....
