5'8 170lbs 12-14% BF
GOAL: Sub 8%ASAP(in healthy manner)
THank you for taking your time to read this and possibly help me out. I am guilty of changing my diet day in and day out (ie. i see someone that looks good i want to eat what they eat so i switch things around)
Recently i thought maybe carb cycling 60-120-175g carbs through the week, my question is a 120g carbs into a day of about 1600-1800 cals going elevate my BF reductions or is 120gcarbs alot for my maintenance level?
Weight train 5 days a week, Low intense Cardio 5 days a week, HIIT 2 days a week...... my diet consists of these foods (carbs in the morning and pre/post WO)

This is only an example of my moderate carb day complimented with days of (50-60g carbs) and one refeed every 10days (175gcarbs)
Is this considered a cutting diet? will this promote weight loss into single digits??
