    How much bcaa post workout?

    From what I have read .44g per kg of bodyweight, for me that is roughly 30g of bcaa a day. I take 100% ON whey protein x2 a day which contains 6g or so of bcaa.

    I have not been taking the recommended dosage of bcaa for my bodyweight. I was wondering if I should be adding another 5g or so in the form of powder to my PWO shake essentially bringing me up to about 11g of bcaa pwo or if this is too much.
