water retention?
ive just mysteriously put on 5 lbs in teh past week, although im pretty sure my diet and exercise routine has pretty much stayed the same more or less. Although i dont usually notice weight fluctations before my period, it is due this coming wednesday, do you think it may be water retention due to that? how many of you notice a weight fluctation right before, and on average how many pounds? my weight is usually quite steady thats why im wondering whats going on ? thanks a lot!

Yes it's probably water weight.
My weight always fluctuates during that time of month, not sure by how much but I feel like the size of a house. (that's just a mind thing)
I would say it's maybe a couple of pounds or less.

Yes, it's probably water weight for sure. I'm usually good for 3-5 lbs myself.

Kim did you find you noticed it more the more you weight you lost?
I don't think I've ever noticed it so much as I do now.

Correct, seems like when leaning down you notice it more. However, once I get to my leanest point...like stage ready...I never notice a difference and I'm not sure why?
If I increase my water intake even more at that time of the month, it helps to flush my system and helps with the bloating issues

Also if the water retention makes you uncomfortable at the time of the month get some dandelion root caps. I'm not a fan of water pills like taraxatone or things like that, but dandelion root is an all natural herb
Dandelion roots main purpose is to help with fluid balance. It also promotes a healthy pancreas, liver, spleen, kidneys, reproduction of bile, tumors and boils...good stuff!!

I totally hear you on this issue. I'm just starting that time of the month and I feel huge! I have a huge appetite around this time as well. So I feel like I want to eat and eat and eat.
And I'm so tired.
Getting on a tredmill right now is such a painful thought.

Kim just one more question, do you take the dandelion all the time or just when your monthly comes around?
