Real HGH or some supplement HGH I don't know of? If you're talking about recombinant HGH than yes it is. What compelled you to put it in the freezer anyways?

It was Saizen . . .
I was transporting some from my friend's place, and it was getting a little warm, so I put it in to get it a little cooler faster, than forgot about it . . . so it's done now? Oh well...

You will get more help in steroid section.
Reconstitute it. If cloudy, throw out. If clear, I would still use it. Worst case scenario is that it lost some potency.
