***Carb Shy, input plz!!

***Carb Cycle 50-120-175****

Goals: Reach sub 8% BF Asap(in healthy manner) maximize vascularity

5Days lift(3pm), 5Days Incline Walk Cardio(Before MEal1), 2days HIIT(3pm)

I am 5'8, 170lbs 12-14%BF??

I am confused with my macros and want to know how i will maintain 1600cals on Low carb days **Below is an example of 101gcarbs (I dont know when to eat carbs and what portions i always feel guilty!!!**

^^ May be off but my calculated totals are correct
Equals roughly 1625cals //101carbs//200+pro//35gfat


How will i add a possible 75 carbs to reach 175 on carb up??,, and how can i maintain 1600 cals on 60g carb days??

Is this diet ideal for my goals suggestionss??

Hey I am not sure if this will help you but on my low carb days I eat regular roasted peanuts. Only about 5 carbs per ounce and 180 calories. you can see how that can up your calories pretty fast and keep your carbs down. Looks like you allready got the Eggs down lol. I hate eggs and have to force them into my diet to reach my goals. They do work pretty good though have to say.

Anyone else have any ideas? I know the Carb thing is getting boring their are so many posts on it. This is just one thing I do I am not sure if it would work into your Diet.

THank you for the advice, this is exactly the kind of feedback i was looking for, the food and the portion you use. I just picked up some almonds yesterday maybe give them i shot in moderation on "50g" days.

So does anyone have suggestions on how to add 75gcarbs or better yet the quanity of food in which i should get 120g carbs from on my medium days ??
