    Unhappy 16 year old football player lookin for help

    ya ive been lifting weights for quite a while now, but it seems like everyone else is just passing me really fast

    i was thinking about starting on steroids

    does anyone have any ideas on whats a good starter one for strenght??

    you wont need anything more than that.. and EAT.. steroids are a very big mistake at your age and I guarantee you will regret it

    When i was in highschool i was having the same problem you basically do heavy weights/low reps. one week and then the next vise versa(sp?) also eat like a horse.

    it's a lot easier to cut a nice piece of meat off a pig that's too drunk to move? therefore resulting in a +net protein intake?

    thats true, the kid has gotten 33 pigs drunk and the other guys in the gym are still passing him up

    Steroids at 16 are deff. not the answer. Get your diet down and IMHO heres a great way to start off if your looking to get stronger for football. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224 Maybe even look into a 5x5 program if that looks as if it would benefit you more.
