Hows this look for carb cycling?:
Total Cal = 2000 - 2400 (depending on activity level)
Day 1 & 2 - Low Carb (Less than 60) - 45/10/45 (P/C/F)
Day 3 & 4 - Moderate Carb (Around 170) - 45/30/25
Day 5 & 6 - Low Carb (Less than 60) - 45/10/45 (P/C/F)
Day 7 - High Carb (Around 260) - 35/45/20 (P/C/F)*
