Am I overtraining?
Hi All,
I like to keep my sessions in the gym to around 45mins to 1hour - NO MORE. I like to get in there, hit the weights hard, then get some protein into me and rest.
Can someone please advise if this would be considered "over training"?
On paper, it looks like I'm cramming too much into a single day...I don't want to burn out.

No doesn't look like you're overtraining to me... I'm pretty sure you'd feel it if you overtrain - its not easy to do so.

I think it's ok. A few things I might consider changing though if you are worried about it or if you like the changes:
Doing the pushups after tricep and chest day is not great. I'd change that if I could. Might not be too bad if you aren't totally exhausting yourself with them though. And if you can do your back or leg day on Sunday, that would lighten the daily load a bit.
Or fit in a 3 day split like, push/pull/legs.
