lol you are 6'3 210 lbs. I am 5'6 149 lbs. i don't need more than 1800 cal per day. i've worked out the formulas many times before and it always comes out between 1750 and 1850. I can eat 5-6 times a day and have decent sized meals and stay under that. maybe you are eating TOO much. you def do not need more than 2800 cal even if you way 210 lbs unless you are doing a sport right now. but look up a formula to see how many calories you need, you might be surprised how little you need compared to what you are eating! thats why some ppl have trouble losing fat, THEY EAT WAY MORE THAN THEY NEED TO!
lol, obviously i can gain muscle on 1800 cal a day, so thats all i need. its not necessarily how many calories you take in a day, i think that what is more important is how often you eat, bcuz that will constantly keep feeding the muscles. your body can only take in so much at one time. The small intestine can only take in so much protein at a time, so theres no need for HUGE meals. but, whatever works for you! haha

yes but thats amazing, 2000 calories is like the rda guideline you see on cereal boxes, and 1800 is for children ages 7-14, so for bodybuilders would need much more than that...gosh i cant believe your making that much progress on so little food...
