at one time it was rude to tell people that cigarette smoking is bad. in a way it still is but its more accepted. as obesity becomes a bigger issue i think it will be more acceptable to tell people to get their ass to the gym.

I have severe hypothyroid (serious 100%) I am on meds (synthroid and armour). I exercise and I eat normal.

Breakfast: Regular sized bagel w/cream chees and black coffee

Lunch: Home made sandwich (normal bread size) and iced tea and some fruit.

Dinner: Protien shake.

Sometimes I will snack... like a small bag of chips, or nuts, and maybe once a month some chocolate.

I don't get called "fat" a lot. I do call myself fat all the time. It doesn't bother me. Why? Cause I am trying to loose weight and I am making some progress.

If you know what your problem is, and you are dealing with it realistically, don't worry about what people say.

However, most people don't like being called "fat" because the person saying it is usually trying to be hurtfull.

I work with 2 fat guys, I make fun of them all the time, I also smack them around a bit but I'm getting off topic.

By making fun of them, and making them feel bad about their bodies, I'm helping them!

It's called Negative reinforcement and it's making a strong comback, even Dr. Phil says it works,

These fat guys want to fit in with us regular size people, so my harsh ridicule coupled with mild physical abuse, will actually encourage these slobs to change thier chubby ways.

Someday they'll thank me, I can't wait for that day!
