Sorry guys, this is definitely for bulkers, cutters can use this with slight tweaking and cutting it down. I would use this as a meal replacement in tight situations.
Feel free to offer suggestions to improve this. This is only protein bar #1 out of many to come.

My other pictures look bad because I used a phone, so I busted out my camera for a "REAL" picture

Once I have the right ingredients I'll give it a try. It'll be extremely nutty so it'll need a variety of nuts IMO to work. Plus it'll be bigger chunks for a crunch factor since you don't have the baked oatmeal.
I'll keep my mind on this. If I get everything together I"ll try it out for you. It'll be a while though till I shop.

Thanks man, was extremely simple and easy to do. It was super dry when mixing all ingredients together so there was no stick problem and everything just worked out smoothly.
I'd use less almonds in my next batch or try a different nut. There is a nice crunch from the oatmeal and has a strong peanut butter flavor

im allergic to peanuts, how could peanut butter be replaced? oh and tell us how to make like a big ten bar block if you can. The bars i have made, you mix everything together, then bake it in a big block and then cut the bars out.
