Yeah so I want to add some muscle to my abs so that they're larger, more defined, & will be more visible w/a higher bf% than if they were as they are now. I was considering buying one of those ab wheels just to help but I also want some good tips on weighted ab exercises to do. tbh I do n't have an ab routine I'll just do different mixes of exercises on different days I do abs each week just to change it up. But anyways yeah new weighted exercises would help.
