Hey guys, ive heard much speculation recently about protein shakes and how they raise your cholesterol and whatnot and even though they may be good for you in the short term, in the long run it can be not so good, clogged arteries and all that stuff. I take em 3 times a day on days that i work out, and days that i run i just take one right after the run, id love to get some feedback about what you think. lets put an end to all the speculation!
