Question what do u guys think about my meal

Before my bedtime nutrition(ON whey protein, apple) .... i have a meal about 2 hours beforehand consisting of lean meat and veggies.

Tonight i had broccoli, spinach, tuna, mixed in with a little bit of mayo, and a mixture of balsamic vinegar/olive oil.

What do you guys think about this meal? should i cut out the balsamic vinegar?

    P.S im currently cutting

    Any comments or suggestions appreciated.

I suggest that meal is your pre-bed over the protein and apple. I don't see how a whey shake and an apple is going to help you stay anabolic at night. The fats with your protein in your other meal, however, will probably be more beneficial, and I'm pretty sure tuna is slower than whey in digesting. Just my opinion though...

what do you recommend for night time nutrition?... well i thought an apple was a slow digesting carb... and i know the whey isnt slow digesting, but i mix it in with glutamine and 1% milk.... is this bad?
what should i subsitute it with then?

Yeah. 1.5 cup cc + 2 TB natty
    Almond butter works too
