Wow i wish itunes had a way to get rid of all the duplicates w/o having to click on each one. So far i've gone from 40GB to 25GB from just duplicates

I know its not a whole lot for a rack pull but I figure its not bad since its my second time ever doing them and I dont deadlift at all.It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but rather the one most responsive to change.

my lower back is ****ed royally. I usually will have a good couple weeks every few months where I can do some squatting but the moment I say "oh I guess things are finally better" it gets all ****ed up again.
Recently I have been really really really just kinda easing my finger into the proverbial bum of this problem. For some reason the rack pulls didnt seem to bother it. I have been squatting for a few weeks now once a week and keeping it light and I think as long as I keep from deadlifting from the ground for a good year Ill be okay.

Any ideas for some good GPP/cardio? My weights going up liek mad, and I wanna do some conditioning work so it doesn't get hard to walk up stairs as I get bigger.Current bests

WSFSB is good IMO.
In other news. A guy came into my gym for a train today. His PBs are: 242lb squat, 363lb bench and 352lb deadlift (all raw)
Oh yeah, I should probably add he only has one leg and only uses a prosthetic while benching. I was ****ing amazed to say the least. Seeing him squat was crazy, he literally hops in and out of the rack... Pretty damn inspirational. It's crazy to think what he'd do with two legs.My PL training Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=115903511
