So heres some history...
I was fat for the first half of my 20's. turned 26 and lost ~50 lbs in about 6-8 months. got some loose skin etc... started lifting... took some supplements here and there but never ate right and never got enough protein. decided this could be the summer I see some abs (if thats even possible with my skin)
so I'm 2 weeks into the Vdiet. I feel GREAT. I think ive actually gained muscle or strength due to this diet actually forcing me to get enough protein. my Incline dumbell press today I used 90's easy instead of my usual 75's or 80's.
I have cheated here and there, and sometimes substitute my shake for a can of tuna. whenever Ive had a cheat meal however its been well timed (my cheat today was a pair of hotdogs with mustard but this was 1:30 before my weight training)
Cardio:
On non weight days I do some fast walking as the author prescribes. I've also taken back up hobby from my youth - shooting hoops. its a good low intesity work out (chasing after the ball and the occasional layup) I'd recommend this to anyone who gets bored of walking.
so far 10 lbs down... heres my pics.
[EDIT]: forgot to mention... no diet pills were used. just drinking a **** of a lot of green tea. Also, im using a post workout drink (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cs...xrecovery.html) after my weight training. I find it helps to have some carbs once in a while!
