Peanut butter cakes.
Just like fairy cakes but alot creamier and tasty.
Ingredients:
1x egg
100 grams unsalted butter
20 grams granulated sweetner
200 grams natural peanut butter
1x teaspoon of Xanthan gum (optional)
10x fairy cake papers
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on maximum for roughly 1 minute, or until it appears fluffy and creamy.
Transfer evenly to baking tray lined with 10x fairy cake wrappers.
Bake at 200 degrees for 10-12mins just until golden brown. Transfer to cooling tray and allow to cool for 10 mins, then store in an airtight container.
*The cakes will keep fresh for up to 5 days in an airtight container.*
Overall Macros: cal/pro/useable carbs/fat
2,068/67/26/180
Per cake: cal/pro/useable carbs/fat
206/6.7/2.6/18

You must have some strange peanut butter, cuz when I add up the macros I get like 1400 Cals, not 2000.
Btw, looks AMAZING. I'm mad, cuz now I want to make them, even though I'll do it wrong =[

Thanks for the recipe!

awesome! Thanks for the recipe
I doubled the ingredients but then realized I could only cook 12 at a time, so now each of them has roughly 350 calories lol.
