I'm 6'2" and am up to about 154lbs which is 15 pounds more since February. I'm trying to put on more size and strength.
For the past 3 months I've been doing split where I lift 3 days on 1 day off. I have a feeling my workout is probably to strenuous on the lower back to lift 3 days in a row but I really like lifting almost everyday so I try to keep upper body at least a day apart. I feel like there is probably a more suitable workout for my liking and any feed back is greatly appreciated. I am eating caloric surplus most definitely but I still seem to plateau on several exercises. I've seen a little progress in the last couple months as far as I actually have biceps when I flex and my thighs have gotten somewhat more muscular. But I still feel like the weight I have put on has mostly gone to my stomach. This is my current program as follows.
