What exactly was it about his post that made you want to enquire where you can purchase cheque drops? Was it the promise of instant gyno?

I don't think he looks anywhere near as strong as Mariusz, let alone stronger, to be honest.

First things first, alot of strength is neural. You can be as big as a house, but if your brain isn't up to the task of letting you move alot of weight, you'll never be strong. Secondly, giants in general, have screwed up leverages. Their limb lengths aren't proportional for a normal human and tend to make everything harder. They usually don't have the best joints either. Have fun squatting and benching at over 7ft tall, lol with crap joints and NOT pure twitch dominant fibers. Size isn't the be all end all of lifting, not even close. Only at an elite level where most other factors are similar will size be the determining factor.

Khali has had some serious back problems if i'm not mistaken. He has had surgery as well.
I'm pretty sure he doesn't do much as far as DL and squat to protect himself.

I still want some evidence of this video, even if it is likely faked.

I've seen him close-up in person (after a WWE show) -- you're right in that he didn't look quite as tall as 7'0'', but he was well over 300lbs.
Regarding the threat topic: he couldn't do powerlifting professionally; he's so shot physically that he can't even walk properly ... his gait was painful to just watch.

I'm sure Khali's 628 x5 is just as legit as Larry Allen's 700. Which is not a positive.

i'll bet $1000 he cant do 628 1 time.but we'll never find out.

This thread has got a bit silly... He's OBVIOUSLY gonna win every powerlifting competition he enters, since he's big, and that's all that matters. So... STFU!

Eu no
Khali cannot bench press 628 pounds for 5 reps he's to tall and that's a **** load ! khali would not win every time cause khali is not strong all he does in the ring is stand around and not move also picks someone up ( they jump for him to finish the move ) and you don't see khali putting people on his shoulders apart from rey mysterio who is 165 pounds ! khali also would be so **** at squats and dead lifts cause he has no strenght and he's got knee problemes and he's to tall ! KHALI IS OVERRATED !

Excellent first post. Thank you for contributing to an argument that died almost two years ago
Koyongi: I am going to accomplish this by following a haphazard training system, and forging elite fitness.

Khali: Dalip Singh
bodybuildingindia.com/dalp-coa.htm
Khali (actual name Dalip Singh) was into competitive bodybuilding in India earlier. One of the news channels here in India showed that he suffers from some hormonal problems although I am not able to confirm these claims.

7ft3 + 420 pounds + appearance of rock solid arms = 628 x 5 bench press
There is no physical phenomena in this universe that disobeys this law. It's true at speeds approaching c, at the subatomic size, and on the galactic scale. This is the missing link between quantum mechanics and relativity.
