Sorry Bro. What part of the world do you live in?
LOL...yeah elbow better. But today...well you'll see.....
So after the car show MR and I came back to town and hit the gym. It was fawking HOT in there...outside temp hit around 96.
We were going to do legs. I started out with some squats. I did a good warmup using 135lbs. Everything felt awesome. I did my first working set at 275lbs. Nothing crazy. Everything felt great form was spot on. Nice and deep. I put 295lbs on and got to the 8th rep and something didn't feel right on the outside of my right leg. I did the 9th...last rep and something popped. I pulled the outside quads muscle. Damnit. But I stopped there and walked it off pretty good. It hurts tonight but nothing too serious. Grrrr....
So we did biceps instead. I was mad...and I took it out on teh iron.

A step backwards is better than a setback.
If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

Thanks Bro!!! I'm hoping I can press as much as I use for flies. LOL
Thanks Erin!
Thanks Sir!
Pulled the outside quad on my right leg. It feels fine today. Almost back to normal.
I did an hour on the hamster wheel this morning. I'm off with my kiddo today. I'll probably hit the gym later for back day.My OV35 workout log:
