Full Contact Twist aka Barbell Standing Russian Twist. Here it is http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mm6.htm. You may wanna be careful with moves that bend and twist your spine at he same time, they say it's not best for your spine, you may wanna look into it. Cheers.

Best one is the side bridge.

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exer...me=side+bridge

Only thing is that your knees should be off the ground...harder that way.

Keep your hips in line with your body and squeeze the oblique under stress.

3 sets of 60 seconds each side.
