It will be about 2 years in a couple of days so I thought I would post some before and after pics. Some victories, some failures and many more challenges up ahead.
I think my chest has been lagging. Any suggestions on how to improve that?
Current routine is:
flat bench press 3 X 8
Incline bench press 3 X 8
Incline dumbell flys 2 X 8
Cable flys 3 X 8
