Memorial Day is almost over.. anyone else wanna jump back on the wagon with me?
Well I knew it would happen at the family get together. 2 weeks of no cheat is in order. Anybody else let it slip today?
cup of corn
3 broasted chicken legs
cup of baked beans
8 chocolate chip cookies *yay*
2 cupcakes
4 pillsbury rolls (bread, drool)
3 Mountain Dews
and some celery with some PB just to make myself feel better, lol
I'm glad I'm at least on a bulk diet! What did everyone else pig out on today, if at all?

Gawd, and I was freaking out over the fact that my folks used regular ground beef for burgers instead of lean. =/
I'm trying to lose fat, so I'm anal about my intake. And I know I'll get comments about my phrasing of that...
Anyway, for dinner had about a cup and a half of green beans, 3 shrimp, 1 hamburger (147g) with ketchup and mustard but without a bun, a small chicken thigh (60g), and like half an apple. Thankfully it was just me and my parents, so they didn't question my weighing the beef patty... (which sounds weird, I know, but I'm for seriously tracking my intake)

a lady mentioning anal with a reference to herself will never be a good idea on the BB forums.
Otherwise, not a bad meal!

Let's see. Nothing special really, ate a burger during lunch with white bread(haven't had that in like 6 months) and pigged out on a lot of steak during dinner.

ive let it "slip up" the last 10 days. I eat clean all day, then when dinner comes around its all about overeating huge steaks, wine, fish etc..... its mostly healthy, but way overindulging. Especially the alcohol

sounds like you all had a feast this past weekend. i didn't eat anything out of the ordinary. it was just a regular weekend for me.
grilled burgers with my brother for lunch. we scored some 97/3 ground beef for $1.99/lb from a butcher
sunday i had brunch with the girlfriend at this southwest restaurant. prime rib, beef fajitas, omelettes, salad, and fruit salad w/ pecans & granola
monday was a sushi feast (PWO) with the girlfriend. happy hour sushi rolls, $1.99 per order, really makes me want to pig out.

Family BBQ at the lake, not sure how much I ate, but I was very satisfied at the end. Then we went downtown to Branson Landing to Haagen-Dazs. I got the Rocky Road Dazzler...... and lost 2 lbs over the last 2 days.
