I thinking of switching over to mineral water for the fast so the minerals help with the flush. any opinions on a mineral flush? oh and i dont have a disorder

I think you'll pass out if you don't drink water for 2 days... in the summer.

it will not do anything for you.
you will probably lose 5 pounds, and then gain it all back 2 days later.
you will lose muscle, have no energy, and FAT loss will be next to nothing.
don't try it.If your parents didn't have children, chances are you won't either.
