protein shake before or after cardio?
i am preping for a contest right now so i'm doin cardio. Should i drink my protein shake right after i lift and then do my cardio or lift, cardio, and then drink my shake? thnx for replies

Id say before, i read on HST website that theres an increase in something cant remmebr (amino acids etc)

ya, i usually do the treadmill for an hour at 10% incline at 3.3mph. i've been wearin a sweatshirt and hat to to try n sweat more. i'm especially doin that now cuz my comp. is next sat. i've also been doin about 20 min. of the same thing at night before i go to bed on the treadmill at my house.

3.3mph? crank it up and try to do like 30 mins on a range between 6-8, should be alot more beneficial

i would but i'm already a pretty small guy so i'm tryin to save the size that i DO have. n plus my body fat is real low right now already n i'm gonna take a dieuretic starting next wed. unitl sat. so i should be pretty shredded by that point. thnx for the tip tho
