My progress and transformation.
From almost the beginning.
My heaviest weight was between 140 and 150kgs, unfortunately I cannot find any pics from this weight. The closest I have is about 115-120kgs, from the start of 2005.
My lowest weight since starting was 88kgs at about the time I joined this site in August 2007. I'm now back up to about 95kgs after lifting and trying to bulk over the past 7ish months.
Me at approximately 120kgs. Notice the EPIC gut.
My lowest weight. Approximately 88kgs.
My recent pics:
Side - March 2008
Back - May 2008
Please feel free to leave an comments or anything. Thanks for reading.
I will update progress from time to time.

Thanks mate!
It's hard to say atm, I'm still relatively new to this game. Probably around 8-12% bf, and I would like to bulk on as much muscle naturally as I can (wouldn't we all?).
At a guess, I'd say 10% at 210-220lbs, or more if my body can make it happen.

Starting my cut (well... started a few weeks ago, but forgot to post it ).
Starting weight for cut was 98.6. Which makes my bulk a 10kg gain over a few months. Will post a new pic soon and some updates along the way for anyone interested.
My goals are probably to get to about 90kg by Dec/Jan. Not sure or particular on bodyfat%. I think I'll just cut until I'm happy with the results.

Your back looks massive in the march pic, be interesting to see one of the same pose later. Also be interesting to know what your lifts roughly are. Be interesting to see how much muscle you have when you cut up. Basically to compare the bulk then cut to the sloooowly gain style cause i'm 6'4 and thats kind of close :P

Thanks guys!
Conius:
I put on 10kg in 8 months with a bulking diet, so I'm a pretty big fan of it. The next bulk I might try to do a little bit cleaner and slower, but I dont think I put on a lot of fat, so maybe the calorie level was right for me. But yeah I has great gains on the bulk!
Deft_soul: Yep i'm part way through the cut. My goal final weight is about 90 kgs if it looks okay. Might drop more bf if i'm not happy with it. Then it's back to bulking again

Update:
I'm now down to around 93kgs and seem to be plateauing a bit.
Here is an updated progress pic:
I think I probably have to lose at least another 5kg+ to start showing some abdominal definition. Opinions?

Thanks mate! Nah I don't suck in, just have an enormous ribcage.... which will probably work to my detriment if I ever want to go into competition etc.

Thanks brah,
Yeah cals are pretty low but I will be trying to add a few more every day in the form of cans of tuna, muesli bars, etc. Needa up the proteins etc too.
I'll probably step up the cardio a bit as I get into it a bit more. I hate cardio though so hoping I can get through it with minimal. LOL. I'll probably start doing some from time to time though.

I'd add some EFAs in like fish oil and some other good fats like olive oil and almonds at the least.
I prefer keeping carbs to only breakfast/post training and minimal at other times. Most meals being protein + good fat + green veg.

Thanks mate.
I currently take about 3000mg fish oil 2x a day (morning and night), and often cook with olive oil. I think I will take your advice and buy some nuts though (no homo). How much EFAs do you think should be taken in daily?
