Question Need help loosing bodyfat

ive been working out for a couple of months now and i dont feel anything good with the way things are going. my diet is alright so is my workout routine. i need to hear from you guys about supplementing my fat loss. ive been looking at LIPO-6 and also SAN TiGHt (women). i want to be able to lose body fat and not gain alot of muscle because i dont feel like looking like a man from taking any of these supplements. i need proper constructive advice cuz its getting frustration doing so much and seeing nothing.

Getting more muscle (within reason) will actually make you appear trimmer. Women - and a lot of men - can't build big, bulky muscles without juicing so don't worry about getting stronger.

You probably should've posted this in the supplement forum too, though. Might get more helpful responses there regarding the Lipo6 question and stuff.

Do you track calories online with a site like SparkPeople or FitDay? If not, might want to start just to make sure there aren't any little problems in your diet you overlooked.
