Getting more muscle (within reason) will actually make you appear trimmer. Women - and a lot of men - can't build big, bulky muscles without juicing so don't worry about getting stronger.
You probably should've posted this in the supplement forum too, though. Might get more helpful responses there regarding the Lipo6 question and stuff.
Do you track calories online with a site like SparkPeople or FitDay? If not, might want to start just to make sure there aren't any little problems in your diet you overlooked.
