I started bulking about 7 months ago as a skinnyfat 140 lbs. At 5'10" I somehow still had 14-15% bf at 140 lbs. I'm now around 156 lbs and still 15%ish bodyfat. Once I break through 160 lbs (161 or 162) I plan on doing a "mini-cut" back to 155ish to lean up before going back on a clean bulk.
My main focus will be losing 5-6 lbs of fat while maintaining muscle (duh). On this mini-cut should I do fasted AM cardio, or just do it during the day? HIIT or slow pace?
In terms of diet I'm going to drop my calories by 500-600, mostly by cutting out carbs while keeping the protein high. What are the best supplements for use on a short cut? EC stack, hotrox?
