Every time i do leg raises, my hip bone or like right under my hip bone my bone or joint pops. It is very annoying and distracts my workout. is there anyway to stop this from happening? it seems to always happen when im doing an abs exercise that involves raising my legs back and forth on repetition.

snapping hip.... unless its painful, then it could be something more serious
