    "Onion Rings"

    I'm not on a keto diet but a low carb/hight fat/diet
Im pretty sure this would be a suitable recipe

1 bell pepper ( red, green, or yellow.. i used yellow)
    1 scoop Unflavored Protein Powder
    1 Egg
    Garlic Powder
    Vegetable oil

Cut the bell pepper so they would come out as rings..

Mix the protein + egg + garlic powder .. i think i used about 1 scoop just make sure the batter is somewhat thick

Put oil to start heating on stovetop

Dip pepper rings into protein batter + fry peppers in oil
flip at least once so both sides are browned and crunchy yum!

About 10 carbs for one large yellow pepper

Wonder if the mozza stick recipe could also be used instead of the protein powder. Ground flax.
