Does muscle feed off of the calories of fat? ive heard this a few times, also im currently cutting to 220... i was wondering if its better to cut say like 10-15 lbs then bulk about 5 lbs then cut again..? IREP

Cant say for sure, but i know as a fact that ive always felt more comfortable with my heavy lifts during a bulk than when cutting.

i think there is an advantage but i still get good gains without fat so i dunno

When you lift you are burning fat. Have a good workout routine plus have a clean diet. You will burn fat and build muscle. I'd cut down and lose some bodyfat then do a clean bulk.
