Lagging Chest =[
The rest of my body is developing great..
My chest like... doesnt grow, help please!
I do DB Presses, BB Bench press, DB flys...
I think the weight isnt heavy enough with the DB's (dont have heavier than 20 and 30 atm, waiting for paycheck to get 40-50)
and my bench (Flat) is 150, i pyramid.
i just recently started doing inclines, and im going to start declines as well.
Any other tips?

I do 2 diff forms of DB presses 3 sets
5 sets of flat bench
3 sets incline
plus i do a lot of tri workouts the same day so i get tired easily. should i move tris to a diff day since my chest is lagging?

Quick solution: Do chest/tri twice a week. Say just for example...Mon and Fri.

i have the same problem mine wont grow.
My chestworkout is:
4x8-10 flat benchrpess
4x8-10 inclinde DB press
4x8-10 peck deck
4x8-10 hammer machine decline press
i just put 8-10 because I usually aim for that although sometimes get 6 or 7

focus on getting your benc h to 300 then come back and say you got a lacking chest
one thing in common i notice about everyone here giving him advice... llmao
i always get a good laugh in this section keeps me coming back

start to go heavy on chest but without lacking form. And Start hitting upper chest first with more sets.
