Yes, I know Im 150. But I was 120 when I started and now Im pretty built (From 120 to 150 and most of is is all mucle- You know what I mean) but now I have some flab around my stomach when I sit and such. I was thinking of starting the AD so I can trim BF % while gaining more muscle, work on abs some more, play around in the summer (drink here and there, go to the beach, play lots and lots of sports, run track), and when summer is over, bulk the hell up again.
