Hammie Cramps

Hey fellow bb'ers

Not really sure if this a common problem between folks....
Whenever i work out my legs, more specifically my hamstrings..I almost instantly start to massively cramp up..(charlie horse). It happens to the point where it brings my work out to a complete halt and i end up just trying to stretch the pain away for the next 5 minutes...It sucks and there is nothing i've found to keep it from happening and it's definitely not dehydration as cramping is usually associated with.

Someone please, let me know if this is common or am i just a freak..

just as some info
i'm always well stretched ahead of time and most times i use NoXplode or something like that...

thanks
