To gain mass and stay consistent

Ok, I know that this may sound dumb...But is it really a bad idea to just eat a decent amount of food everyday, but not go on a bulk/cut type diet? I mean, where your intake of clean foods is high, but not outrageous, and you eat like this on a daily basis. For example...let's say that for a normal day you eat

Breakfast: 6 whole eggs, two servings of oatmail

Snack: Protein shake (and some fruit)
or more oats

Lunch: 2 cans of tuna (or chicken breast), a couple slices of whole wheat bread

Snack: Weight gainer (or homemade weight gainer...or some food if you have the time)

PWO: Protein Shake and glutamine

Dinner: (something along the lines of) a couple turkey burgers on whole wheat bread (or) 2 whole chicken breasts, some broccolli, and a couple servings of brown rice

and finally some sort of snack before bed (yogurt, cottage cheese, etc)

Would a diet that stays like that be counter productive? I just find it hard to eat like I'm crazy at work (even if I do pack things pre made from the night before, I get so busy at work I hardly have time to stop and take a bathroom break, let alone eat...).

Any ideas are welcome, even flames. It's not that I'm not open minded, and I'm definitely not lazy. I love to eat, I love to hit the weights all the time.....I'm just exploring all of my options.

Thanks in advance!
