Your test shows me you are primary meaning your testis are not making enough testosterone. I say this because the LH and FSH messages that tell your testis to make testosterone are very high. This means your brain sees your T levels are low and is sending more LH and FSH to your testis to make more.
I don't see your Estradiol when you retest get these tests done.

Bottom line is you need to get your TT and FT levels up into the upper 1/3 of your labs range and to keep your Estradiol "E2" down between 10 to 30 pg/ml best at 20.
