My name is Megan, I have moved to Australia where i love it. I have left my old training partner back in NZ, so now i am trying to motivate myself to go to the gym and workout (split training days) and a friend to talk about nurtition and pretty much anything and everything about their training and mine!
I am a regular gym goer, have been for 3 years, i wouldnt say im over weight but i am 169cm and 59kg's, i want to loose BF (24% at present, done off tanita scales) and i would love to get nice and lean and be around 17-19% BF!
Nutrition is my hardest part about all of this as i love hitting the gym and training heavy and hard!
I have been sick for the past 3 weeks and now is my time to rev up and get going, i was hopeing someone could do this with me!
