    Can I bulk and still lower body fat at the same time?

    Is this possible or should I do one before doing the other

    Technically it is possible, especially in teen years. Most people would classify it as a complete overhaul, a full recomposition. I'd imagine this would be accomplished by eating insanely clean and a **** ton of calories or eating just .5K-1K above maintenence and eating really clean + HIIT twice a week. When you try to do something so specific as this macros such as carbs and protein really start to make a big meaning.

    If you take 10 years to gain 20 pounds of muscle it may be possible, but I wouldn't expect much without at least a clean bulk.

    Although I wouldn't necessarily say I'm on a "bulk" I've put on 6lbs and lowered my body fat by at least 1-2%.

    Bulk then cut. You gain muscle by eating over your caloric intake, you lose fat by eating less than your minimum caloric intake.
