Technically it is possible, especially in teen years. Most people would classify it as a complete overhaul, a full recomposition. I'd imagine this would be accomplished by eating insanely clean and a **** ton of calories or eating just .5K-1K above maintenence and eating really clean + HIIT twice a week. When you try to do something so specific as this macros such as carbs and protein really start to make a big meaning.
