Critique my Progress
This is apprx 2-3 months of training.
I want to post a pic of me when im not flexing my abs bcuz i think i need to cut a little (or should i just start the AD and lose fat that way?)

oh **** man after looking at those before pics you made some good improvement congrats  ..keep bulking, so far so good just keep eating you could still throw on some more weight

Wow big improvement in before and after pics. You added quite a bit of mass and now you dont look like you are starving  But seriously great job and keep it up!

lol Thanks, Yeah everyone always told me I was too skinny. I was naturally muscular though (well, to build from) and it worked well. Like I said thats only maybe 3 months I cant wait to finish off the year and then start another year!

great job on the before/after you made a great transformation. if you want... you might want to try shaving your head. it'll make you look bigger, and you people will give you lots of attention, especially bitches.
what type of routine did you go on? rippetoes?

big improvements man, nice work. Only critique is your chest doesn't look perportional to your arms which are coming along nicely (no homo). What routine are you on, or going to switch to because you may want to hit your chest a bit harder.
