Drinking three shakes a day suggests to me that you aren't eating enough otherwise. Set of a goal of stuffing yourself with food twice a day. I'm talking that Thanksgiving Day "**** I'm going to puke" feeling of being stuffed.
Stick to the big, compound lifts: bench, squat, deadlift, and pullups.
