Help!

hi iam taking cytogainer(protein shake) three times a day on workout out days i workout every other day. should i be taking the protein on non workout days and workout days? also i feel weak that i can only bench 120 (one rep)how can i improve that fast? Thank you and please help . i;am 15 years old

Drinking three shakes a day suggests to me that you aren't eating enough otherwise. Set of a goal of stuffing yourself with food twice a day. I'm talking that Thanksgiving Day "**** I'm going to puke" feeling of being stuffed.

Stick to the big, compound lifts: bench, squat, deadlift, and pullups.

Protein is just food, take in protein EVERYDAY idealy as food and use the shakes too to help get your daily amount in..

Regarding training plz hava read of the link in my thread. Tons of decent info in there.

yea drink shakes 3 times a day every day is great! (if you can afford it!) But you want most of your calories and protein to come from the food you eat. Protein powder is exactly what it says a supplement, not a diet basis!
